Probate Law

Probate is the legal process through which the decedent’s assets are distributed and debts are cleared. Generally, a decedent’s assets are distributed in accordance with their last will and testaments if one exists, or in accordance with State of Connecticut law. Whether a will exists or not, probate proceedings can be very complicated and for that reason Stephen Harding is here to help.
